1. How do I register on the Rainbow Sales website?
Registration to the Rainbow Sales website takes just a few minutes. Click the Register at the top of the Home Page. If you are registering for the first time, click on the Create an Account button. You will need the following information: a contact name, an email address, and a password. Your email address will become your username for the website. Once this is complete, click ‘Submit’ where you will be directed to a page to complete your address and contact details. Back to top

2. I’ve forgotten my password — help!
Click on the forgot your password link on the log in page and this will send an auto reply with your log in details to the email account which you used to register. Back to top

3. Which parcel courier company do you use?
We use DPD for all our deliveries although we do use our local courier for local same-day deliveries. Back to top

4. Can I collect my order from you in person?
Yes you can collect your order in person between 9am – 4.30 Monday - Friday. Collection is subject to stock and payment must be made in advance by credit/debit card. Please contact our Sales Department on 02380 570986 to check stock availability.

5. Where do I find a product on your website?
There are a number of ways to conduct a search:
a) If you are looking for a specific product then type the product code into the search box located at the top of the blue navigation bar.
b) Use the product drop down list category finder on the blue navigation bar.
c) Use the Printer Toner & Ink Finder on the Home Page.

6. What is your order cut-off time for next day deliveries?
All orders placed before 4.00pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped for next working day delivery.

7. Where can I find product specifications?
Product specifications can be found by clicking on the ‘Learn more’ link under each item. Occasionally, the manufacturer’s brochure can be available in PDF format - again next to the product. Back to top

8. Do I have to pay a delivery charge? How much will this be?
All deliveries are based on a next working day service unless otherwise agreed, but excludes certain geographical limitations. Delivery tariffs are shown on our Delivery Information link on the Rainbow Sales website.

9. Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. Trade pricing will also be quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. If you are unsure, please contact our Sales Department on 0203 581 8221. Back to top

10. How often is the website updated?
Some areas of the website will be updated more regularly than others. Product information will be updated as and when specifications or prices change or when new products are introduced. Areas such as news may be updated on a daily basis. Stock and pricing are updated constantly throughout the day. Back to top

11. How do I pay for my goods?

13. How do I return a faulty product?
We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent and all returns will then only be accepted with a valid RMA (returns authorisation number). Please take time to read our Terms & Conditions before contacting our Customer Service Department. Back to top

14. Only part of my order has arrived - what should I do?
Simply call our Customer Service Department on 02380 570986. Alternatively send us an email with your query.

15. Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Yes! In fact most of our customers work this way. It saves you time, worry and effort! All orders are made plain label void of any Rainbow Sales company details on the parcel or on delivery notes. Back to top

16. Do your returns authorisation numbers (RMA) have an expiry date?
Yes. All RMA’s have an expiry date of 14 days.
