3D printing

Device which makes a three-dimensional solid object of virtually any shape from a digital model (CAD/CAM). 3D printing is achieved using an additive process, where successive layers of material are laid down in different shapes. 3D printers are often specialized in the processing of specific materials. 3D printing is seen as an industrial revolution allowing for flexible Just-In-Time production of an object at the place where it's needed.
