Cut-off and next business day
On a normal working day, orders placed before 2pm on in-stock items are aimed at same-day dispatch. Free next business day to UK mainland applies to the standard Next Business Day (Mon–Fri) method when it is offered at checkout for your postcode. We do not dispatch or deliver on UK bank holidays.

Postcode exceptions / longer transit
Deliveries may take longer for: IV, BT, TR, AB, DD, KW, ZE, GY, JE, PA, HS, PH, KA, IM, PO30–PO41. These areas are not covered by free mainland NBD as a marketing claim — paid or extended options apply as shown at checkout.
Split shipments
Stock may ship from more than one location, so multi-item orders can arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking. Wait two working days before reporting a missing piece, then email sales@rainbowsales.co.uk or call 02380 394124.
Wrong item ordered
Unused, unopened supplies in resalable condition may be returned under our returns process. Do not send empties for recycling to the product-returns address — use manufacturer programmes on the Recycle page.
