Find the Right Cartridge, Toner or Ink for Your Printer

The fastest way to buy the correct supply is to copy the OEM part number from the empty toner, ink tank, drum or waste bottle. Xerox codes often look like 106R03737 or 006R01746; Canon wide-format tanks use PFI-120, PFI-320, PFI-030, PFI-311; HP DesignJet inks use series numbers such as 711, 712, 727, 728, 730 or 746 plus a full HP SKU (for example P2V62A).

Step 1 — Read the empty supply

Remove the spent cartridge and note every code printed on the label. Prefer the long manufacturer code over a marketing nickname. Also note the colour (K/C/M/Y or photo variants) and any yield mark (XL, XXL, high-capacity, 300ml, 700ml).

Step 2 — Confirm the printer model badge

The model is usually on the front fascia near the control panel. Use the exact model (VersaLink C7020, imagePROGRAF TM-300, DesignJet T1600) — not only the series name. Close siblings often share ink or toner (C7020/C7025/C7030, TM-200/TM-300) but drums, waste bottles and print heads can differ.

Step 3 — Search on Rainbow Sales

3. 3. Open the matching collection — for example C7020 / C7025 / C7030 or TM-200 / TM-300 PFI-320.
4. 4. Check that the product title’s first words include your part number.
